72 hours to flight time, food glorious malaysian food...

About 72 hours to flight time and packing is still a long way in my to do list. I am thinking of the happy times we had sharing food with dear friends and families...

Yesterday was our last weekend in Columbus, OH and we were sort of hoping that this will be a quiet one. for we are finding it hard to say good bye but looking forward to seeing anfaal, muaz, afif and the rest of the family...
The weekend turned out everything but quiet - and we love every moment of it: a surprise farewell party on Friday (thanks to the organizers: fahzy, juli, luq n gang), dinner at Samí's on Saturday, we had a guest from Houston, and the many gracious and wonderful young guests from Minnessota, Wisconsin and Tennessee, and of course Columbus too.
Thank you all for allowing and sharing with us your kindness and friendship. The last 6 months has been one of the most remarkable and memorable journey in our life, and there is a special place in our hearts for all of you. T H A N K Y O U A L L
O Allah bestow upon us that which is good in this world
And that which is good in the life to come,
And save us from the doom of the Fire.
